Challenge challenge challenge!!

well folks, I have been challenged by a 2003 viper 500 + hp stock against My 2003 z03 stock, any suggestions out there?

i dunno man i think youre a little outclassed. seems wierd that he challenged you.. his car is supposed to be able to win

wait until after it rains a bit and go from a stop. If you are a good driver, you may be able to edge him out to 60 or so....

I dunno considering he has almost 100 hp and 120 lbs of torque difference, I'd say you are going to lose. The only thing you can pray for is him to just spin the tires for a few seconds and you can jump ahead far enough for him to not fly by you.

idk, i seen a zo6 smoke a viper. The viper had barly any hook up, and just spun the tires because of all the power. The corvette edged him out that way.

Hope his tires don't hook up, otherwise dude, you are in for a quick race and you'll be seeing some nice Dodge tail lights.

Both the 2003 Z06 and the 2003 Viper have the same 0-60 times of 3.9 seconds so i think you'll be ok :cool:

I think once he hits 3rd gear, you'll be seeing tail lights unfortunately. Get some engine work done, and then race him again cuz I don't want to see a Vette lose to a Viper.

Why not I mean the car comes with an extra 100 hp and torque? It still doesn't make it as sweet of a ride as the Vette.

I totally agree man. I honestly cannot see any appeal to the Viper whatsoever.

the new vipers are very nice, i love corvettes too

What appeals to me about the thing is its not some rolled off the factory $80,000 car like a Mercedes. Dodge has a group of people that hand build the whole car. Vipers barely have any options though, which makes the Corvette worth it to buy if you want a fun cruising car that kicks ass.

Vipers are bought by the same a hole that buy Z06.. hey look at me i'm cool.. i'venever ever losttoa z06 or Viper not even close as soon as i take the leadaand in my carsits within 60' they blow off their tires.. not they'd have much of a chance anyway

i wantto challange Mr 850 man with my super tweeked incoln.. just toshow Americahas luxury andpower that will make a Bmw cringe .also you cart 0-60 in 3.5 seconds my Ws6 will have it under its front end by 50
