Tamiya paints are going through a tough patch in the EU at the moment and the latest news tells that they aren't going to be sold here until 2009 at the earliest.
Best bet is to order from somewhere abroad.
HLJ (http://www.hlj.com/) is always recommended.

I've used http://www.hobbylinc.com many times. They're fast and reliable. I just scanned the site and their Tamiya TS-Series stock levels look very good. Everything is on sale, and you can't beat the exchange rate either.

Hello,
Have a look here.
They have much stock.
It's in Belgium.
They send out of the country.

Tower Hobbies.com. They carry Tamiya and they ship internationally. I didn't check the stock. They don't ship "flammable" items, whatever that means - could be anything, I suppose, even balsa wood. I can't find anything on their site that says they don't ship paints. If Tower doesn't work for you, try googling "Tamiya paint."
Seems like most folks don't think of Google when they are looking for something or trying to solve a problem.

Hmm.. what paints are you looking for?
I automatically assumed you were talking about TS sprays (http://www.hlj.com/hljlist2/?searchpage=top_page&Dis=-2&from=detail&Word=Tamiya%20Color%20Spray)?

I've recently used www.moduni.de. They have an easy-to-use website with stock level shown and will ship to the UK. Not the fastest (a bit more than a week) but they did have what I wanted!

DdmsFlammable items means aerosol cans - or in otherwords, spray paints. I have the same problem here in Oz, the shop I buy from won't send spray cans in the post because its illegal, but are happy to send via courier.

You are right; I checked with Tower Hobbies, and they consider aerosol cans to be flammable. (Or inflammable, which means the same thing.) They will ship internationally, but they won't ship Tamiya TS-Series spray cans to the UK. I assume that that's a post office regulation.
Does anybody know whether Japanese and Euro shippers have the same restriction?
Apologies and good luck to adz13091982.

HLJ have said that they wil post tamiya ts paints to the UK but I'm not 100% on the method.
Thus far, I've only ever used SAL and if i recall correctly, most postal services won't send aerosols via airmail anyway so that might be moot.
I am also not 100% on whether or not UK customs will allow their entry to the UK. Of course, remember that if it is allowed whatever you buy will still be liable for duty IF they open and check items/costs of items.

Could always try and ask them to label it as a gift. I think they don't charge for gifts. I could be wrong though...

HLJ sell spray cans as special order, but be prepared to get the parcel coming surface (8 weeks), the Japanese post don't allow air parcels for flammable contents or under pressure. I don't know if the customs at UK will give an OK to such parcel when arrives, ask before to order to HLJ.
