Fuel blockage maybe? No airflow, old plugs, coil going bad. Have you ever had fuel injection service. What it sounds like to me the reason it's stalling is because of lack of air or fuel. My friends car stalled at high speed because someone had put rice cake in his fuel tank. Car ran fine on surface streets but once he got on the freeway his car stalled out. Check fuel filter make sure you have no blockage, see if you fuel pump is still working.
