2001 Mpv A/c

Does anyone know of a way to increase the fan speed in the climate control system? I find the standard climate system SERIOUSLY underpowered to handle the hot summers. My kids sweat in the back seat. Suggestions? We have the single a/c unit with the rear heat fan built in...
