domestic violent

I got domestic violent charger like 7 month ago and I dint knew about that, my ex girl and I get into a coversation and she slap me first time, and I let it go, then she about to hit me again and gettting crazy, I dont know what to do, I just grap her body really tight, so she dont hit me or hurt herself, then we both fell tot the ground, I let she go when she is calm down, I dint mean to hurt she, and I dint hit her or anything, all I did is trying to stop her by grap she body, so she cant move her hand or try to do something stupid, any way I just got arrest few day ago while driving, the cop stop me because my tint window, then he saw he check my record and find out that I got a domestic violent and order to arrest me, I got bail out 30 min later, and I dont know what to do in court, I havent talk to this girl for couple month since then, like a month or 2 ago, we talk really cool, but now she dont want drop the charger, I dont know what happent, mabe the new girl I date, some bullshit I just dont understand . what could happent when I go court and she still not drop the charger, btw I dont want to let the judge know what she hit me too, REALLY I DONT WANT SHE TO GET ARREST TOO. any one here got domestic violent charge before ?

Wow dude. For you to come out clean on this, you need to convince her to drop the charges. You can try explaining the situation to the judge and that you didn't hit her or anything, but chances are he is going to side with her and you are fucked.

sh*t... :1: make her your best friend... i've been their... i did the same thing you did! all i did was hug her pretty tight when she was pissed so she wouldn't hit me, or hurt herself, or the eclipse... lol and she pulled that shit... i was in jail for 12 hours before she dropped the charges... that was the end of our 4 and 1/2 years together... hate to say it man, but she's got you by the balls... its f-ed up, i know! but yet... true...

Yea thats about the worst thing cause they always side with the women. And no matter what you say she did to you she isn't going to end up charged aswell its just the fucked up way the system is. You really have to get on her nice side. I bet though you aren't supposed to talk to her.

See if your judge will let you talk to a DV specialist. My charge was dropped (pinned her down afte a kick to the nutsack was received) after completing a 1hr counseling session.
