Speedometer Stuck

I have a 2002 Town & Country.
Last night, I needed a jump after sitting at the drive-in too long without starting. As we drove away, I noticed the speedometer wasn't working and looks like it is now sitting under the small bar that it usually rests on (as if the speedometer spun around).
The tachometer and otehr guages are working fine.
Any help how to fix this?

on my 01 you can perform the instrument calibration, this is done by pressing and holding the odometer/trip reset button for a few seconds.and it takes about a min to run thru the test. might work for yours as well
