2001 2500 - Air Conditioning Issue

I have a 2001 2500 with 200,xxx miles, the air conditioner comes on and off every 10 minutes or so. When it works, it works, blowing cold air as it should, but when it "goes off" there is no air flow at all? Any ideas?

The air is not flowing or is it blowing hot?
