My buddys civic vs. semi

WTF happened!?

The car was under the trailer. The guy made a wide right and the tire marks you see are side ways drag marks from the civic. Luckly the only things that were damaged were the door and the fender. 2000 for the damage no ?s asked.

WHAT?! How does that suck?! I dont see it! Door = $100 pick and pull 1/4 panel = $100 pick and pull... Paint depends put iether way... $1800 is a nice comeup for a days work at the pick and pull and some paper filing...

that sux though, glad to hear he got money for it... what type of kit is he getting??

That sux that he got hit, but if he got 2 grand out of it thats a good deal. Hopefuly he can do most of the work himself and use the money for the body kit you said and maybe some other things.

i remember when you told us about this. didn't it happen that same week like 5 other civics' wrecked?

i was expecting a lot more damage on a car that was pushed out of the way by a semi. you're friend is lucky no frame damage....score on the $2000!

Yea, i remember when he was sayin something about this happening. Said something about he tried parking it where he worked at so all the drivers would see it, but apparently one of them didn't see it.

It's weird I keep hearing about so many wrecked 4th gen's I feel I'm next on some sort of accident list.

The car was next to the semi on the right side of it. The driver did not see the car made a wide right turn and caught his car. It was dragged for like 20 feet before the UPS driver pulling in to the area was honking and telling the semi driver to stop.

Yes Ami it was the same week. Same day as MyFirst4G civic.
