Need help with a TB 03 my tachometer is stuck on 7(RPM) with the truck running or not.:banghead:

Disconnect the inst cluster fuse, panel is under the rear seat, let it sit 5 minutes and reconnect, if this does not work the cluster must come out for repairs.
