Not really sure, but I did hear somewhere that you turn the key rapidly from off to on in your ignition untill the locks start going up and down on there own. At that point you push the lock or unlock button on the remote and the receiver in the car accepts the new code from the remote. Worth a try, if it doesnt work try calling ford or something.

if you havent found already there is a connector in the truck that you have to jump the pins, then turn ignition to on, then press the lock or unlock button on the remote, turn key off, remove jumper from connector...good luck!:sun:

hese instructions will work on Ford Mustang models, 94 - 98.5:
Turn ignition to RUN or ACC. Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located in LR quarter panel area. All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode. Press any button on 1st transmitter. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. Press any button on 2nd transmitter (up to 4 transmitters total possible). Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.
I have these remotes available in my Ebay store.
