changed everything and still no spark

changed ecu cas ptu not coils and still nothing god forbid i have the dang cali emissions car in minnesota if anyone has any ideas or wants to buy it let me know or ima smash it and collect ins on it lol j/k about smashing it but if you really want it let me know or know how to fix it is their anyone in minnesota that knows about these cars im shootin the dark just replaceing things you guys are telling me too

Year and model would help.

Also Cali spec has nothing to do with where the car was destined for. My car is Cali spec and has originally bought in PA.
