More emission woes...

Ok so here's the emission house routing sticker on my fan cover any help with the following is much appreciated.

I have no clue what that stuff at the bottom looks like, the thermal vent valve, bowl vent, purge valve and solenoid. I believe all this has been removed.

Is this (below) the connector that goes to the purge solenoid?

Also correct me if i am wrong but the cap nw of the connector is "B" (on the emission sticker), "L" is where teh white T is under the connector, "T" would be the hose that has the 3/8 white writing on it, "K" is located under the hose with the 3/8 white writing on it, and "H" which is barely visible is hiding between the 3/8 hose and the connector east of it.

Fuel line was cut when they installed the aftermarket carb and now it's just connected by a piece of 3/8 hose which I'm thinking may be the culprit of the hesitation in acceleration at low speeds (0-15 mph) sort of like a herky jerky lack of fuel or something clogged feel. Should I look into finding something more solid or is this fine?

Here's the rear vacuum going to the MAP

And here's the Air Management whatever.... As you can see under the large hose there's a hose missing and I have no clue where it's suppose to go.

Yours is a little different from mine. As for your AIR management/diverter valve (last pic), there are 4 hoses that come off of it - one to the air cleaner (excess or bypassed air), one to the catalytic converter, and one to each cylinder bank.

The fuel line might cause a starvation issue at higher RPM driving, but shouldn't affect anything at low speeds.

It appears your car uses an electric solenoid to control the purge valve rather than a TVS (as my car uses). That orange connector might be for it.

The chrome "thing" is an aftermarket PCV breather. It appears to be on there in lieu of the valve-cover-to-air-cleaner tube these cars come from the factory with. There's a lot of oil on the valve cover near it, so my guess is this was put on due to oil being thrown into the air cleaner (excessive blowby from piston ring wear will cause this oil).
