does anyone know where i can get some 145/80/12 tires for my geo metro 1994.

They are getting very hard to find. You can still find a few however it is rough. You can look on places like Ebay.

I did find a place where I live (Iowa) that says he has access to 100 12" tires in stock. I do believe him because he had 8 in stock.

Tirerack.com usually have some, however they are on backorder.

You might consider going to a 155/80 12 or even buying 13" rims.

Check your local tire dealers, I went to Discount tires and they carried them. So it could not hurt to call and see.

The "Tire Rack" now shows the "Kumho Power Star 758 in the P-155/80/12 Size to be available on 6-06-2008. I've been using these tires on my 94 Metro's for the last 4 Years......Good tires, long wear time on them and their quiet on the road. The 155's are just a "Hair" larger tire than the stock 145's. I just bought another set of these early last month as a spare, 12" tires are getting hard to find.......Buy them ASAP! $31.00 Each +Shipping. Here's the link!

Surprising enough, the 12-inch tires are readily available and can be purchased from WalMart. Total cost is just over $100.00 for all 4; what a deal!
