Hello everyone. I have a friend whom has a 95 LTC. He is wondering if there is a way to change the factory color of the instrimunt cluster from green to Blue. Anybody know how?

Next Thing.

I was sitting in park the other night with my lights on, they started to go on and off by themselves. Bad Switch? or something else?:banghead:

I'm going to take a wild guess.. well actually an educated guess :) Multifunction Switch is going out.

Just so you know, maybe you do already, the early 90's (including mine) have full power going through the headlight switch on the dash.. most folks ADD two circuits and relays so that the switch only powers the relays. The lamps are brighter and switch never heats up.

Steve, will this work with our towncars instriument clusters? I had one apart before and I thought the glass squares were the light bulb. Kinda like a calculator. R u sure this would work for a 95 LTC? Also, where would I get the bulbs from? Blue is what he wants to see.

Try Google , LED Bulbs (http://www.google.com/search?gbv=2&hl=en&suggon=0&safe=off&q=12V+LED+Bulbs&btnmeta%3Dsearch%3Dsearch=Search+the+Web) are everywhere these days.

I would look for a spare (junk) cluster to experiment with.. maybe Mike can help you find one to play with. This way you can be sure of what you need, and see how it works before you dig into your buddies car.
