Power sliding door

How do I open the PSD manually? The PSD will work sometimes and others it won't. When it won't work by pushing the button I can't open it at all. Sometimes it will try to open but it won't. The last time I had it opened I sanded on the contacts and sprayed lub on the mechanical parts and it worked great about 10 times then it wouldn't open at all. When it does work it works very smooth and at a decent pace. right before it closes you hear the electrical make this funny tone and it closes.

Sometimes on the dash I get side door ajar but it is closed. I would like to bypass the manual lock feature. I think this is causing some issues but I am not for sure.

none of those posts helped me but I did figure what is wrong. First the unlock feature doesn't work when you put the van in park. I have to use the unlock switch to unlock the doors. For the PSD, it doesn't unlock all the way. I have to pull the handle towards the front and then unlock the door and so far it works everytime.
I am wondering if its the actuator causing this and where can I get this item?

Does anyone have breakdown of the pass door for the APV? I am trying to figure out why I can't open the door from the outside. I might need parts and numbers would be nice.

sprayed silicone on all the moving parts and it works everytime. No problems anymore.
