Getting the Px dash off

I have a leak in my 93 sunbird. I looked under the dash and can see where the leak is coming from but I can't reach it. I've filled the cowl with seam filler but the leak is not able to be reach that way either. How do i get the lower dash off so i can reach it?:banghead:
