Metal noise when bump (sometimes)

My 2000 Maxima makes this metal noise from the bottom of the car when it goes over a bump. It only does this sometimes though. The noise sounds like it could be something loose. It doesn't sound like it hit the ground though. Anybody have any idea what it could be? I'm really worried about this. Does anyone have this problem with their Maxima also? Appreciate your inputs. Thanks.:smile:

It is most likely your struts. They need to be replaced every 60K. Other possibilities are bushings or exhust mounts.
