99 Sunfire Parking brake Question and engine question

I recently bought a 99 sunfire and the parking brake is missing the release button. I was wondering if it's possible to put a new button assembly down to the holder, or how easy is it to replace the whole lever assembly.
Also, the car has a weird noise. It's sounds kinda like wind noise, but it goes away when you let off the accelerator, or when you put the accelerator down hard. Any help would be appreciated.
