Reviving my car after 18 months

I'm getting around to reviving my car after 18 months, an 88 Acura Integra. Haven't started it once since it's been sitting. I kept it well tuned and reliable before I parked it, so I'm not looking forward to any major repairs. My major concern is turning it over for the first time in 18 months.

Recommendations and suggestions would be appreciated.

Check spark plugs and change the oil.
