Ok, I Have A 1989 Chevy Caprice With A Fuel Injected 350. Well I Went To Start My Car And Once I Turn The Key To Crank My Car It Turned Over Slow. I Stopped. And Tried Again, Only This Time Everything Went Blank. No Power At All. I Looked Under The Hood And Moved The Positive Wire Around A Little And Power Came Back. Tried To Start Her Up And The Same Thing Happen Again. I Tried To Reconnect The Positive Wire(thinking It May Had A Bad Connection) But Once A Place The Positive Wire(wire From Starter To Battery)to The Terminal Their Was No Sparks Or Anything. Its Completely No Power. Earlier This Week My Battery Light Has Been Blinking As I Drive. I Checked My Spark Plug Wires And 1 Of Them Has Been Burnt A Little By My Engine. Can Someone Please Help. I Have Been Going Through Starting Issue's With My 89 Caprice For Almost A Year Now. It Seem Like Everything I Repair On Her Isnt Working. Please Help

Sounds like there's either a) internal post damage on the battery - new battery time (this happens more often than you would like to believe with side post terminal batteries), or b) a loose or corroded cable. It could be loose at the starter, as well as internal corrosion in the terminal. New cable time if that's the case.

It'll more than likely cause a misfire - gas ain't cheap - but it won't stop it from running or starting.
