How to suit up '00 Maxima

I have $500 to to spare. I want to suit up my 2000 Maxima, what's the first thing I should do? Change color? Headlights? Tinted windows? New tires? etc... What are some things that aren't so expenive but would make a car look nice? Appreciate all comments. Thanks.

Like quiet ride? Then read p.17 ... brake boost up to 10% see p18. Lots work with minimal money:)
