2002 Ford Taurus Windows Stuck Open

All of the power windows in my car have stopped working and are stuck halfway open. I presume that it's a blown fuse, but the owner's manual doesn't specify which fuse pertains to the power windows. Does anyone know which fuse is for the windows?

You should also check the power saver relay and accessory relay in the Central Junction Box (CJB). Also in the CJB are fuses 2.11 (15-amp), 2.26 (10-amp), and 2.10 (30-amp) which all relate to the power windows or accessory and power saver relays.
