2007 Aveo Hatchback latch & electrical

I am currently having a problem my latch has broke three times within a month each time I take it in they say they fixed it but then it happens again. Also the first time that I took it in the Shop Manager witnessed first hand an electrical problem that I am having it will automatically lock or unlock now the alarm is going off when it does this but they say that they can't find a problem.

Has anyone else had this problem?
