laguna 1.9 dti

Hi everyone...when i turn my ingition on it blows a fuse and at the same time the ingition lights are dull untill the fuse blows then they are bright some times i can start the car and shorty after the fuse blows its a 30amp i have took the heater plugs connection apart and the cold start and relays but still have the prob..........any help :banghead:
