car won't turn over

the other day i was messing with the car to get it ready so i can take it to the bodyshop. i started the car then went to messing with the alarm that is in it. the alarm has been disabled because i the keypads. Well while fiddling with the alarm the brain hit the floorboard and suddenly the car shut off. Since then the car will crank but will not turn over. I was told the alarm is the problem but i took it aloose and still the same outcome. please help. Trying to get my gas saver back on the road.

well i read in a book to check the impact/rollover circuit breaker. Where is this located on the car?

I checked for the mainrelay and i see two of them but one is not plugged up. Is it suppose to be two of them. the one i did get loose seemed intact(the one plugged in) .
