I recently got my yearly "bonus" and it was only 50% of what it should be, just like the previous year. Our CEO put out e-mails to all the employees stating that we must cut back on costs. The company is even anticipating cutting 11000 jobs. No more frills, like essential working equiptment. Safety items only needed when begged for. No more safety recognition breakfasts, too costly the company said. One day the rule is no overtime, the next is overtime required to get the job done, lol. AND YET, OUR CEO GLADLY BRINGS IN ON THE AVERAGE $20 MILLION PER YEAR IN WAGES AND OTHER COMPENSATIONS. CAN YOU SAY HYPOCRITE? IT CERTAINLY FLOWS DOWN HILL................
