Does This Dealer Make Sense?!

A dealer on Ebay Motors, who has a few cars I'm interested in, advises that if a potential buyer runs an AutoCheck vehicle history and it reports frame damage on one of his cars, "this does not mean that the car has been in an accident...it is just an announcement...due to bank placing announcements so that all their sales are final, and they have no returns by dealers". The dealer is claiming, I believe, that cars he's purchased at auto auctions (and now selling on Ebay) may be announced as frame damage only to make his auction purchases final, not necessarily reflecting anything wrong with the cars. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE?!

I would sure like for you to post a link before I make further comments, from what you posted something is not right :banghead:

While there are thousand of items on E Bay I would consider, bidding on a vehicle is not one of them, kicking tires is the only way to buy a car, you may end up with a sore toe but will still have a wallet in your back pocket
