1991 geo tracker starting problems?

ok here is my problem i got a 1991 geo tracker 4*4 manual and i just changed my radio after that it started misting so i decided to do a tune up change the plugs roater cap wires and oil and filter after that it ran ok had to change it so it was idle better it had a very low idle less then 1000 rpms it ran the later that day then all of a sudden the engin died when it did i pulled over and i couldnt get it to start back up i noticed that there were two relays? clicking under the hood they hade wat looked to be air lines going into the throatle body i thought my fuel pump went out i took the gas line off the throtle body and its flows just fine then i saw that the injector wasnts shooting, o and my car was acting like it wasnt getting gas, but i got one and changed it i got spark i got everthing but its not shooting gas i really need help its not the timing. its like it tries to start but not getting gas please someone help me thanks o and for the record my check engein light is on and i have a lil switch behind a pannel just under my stiring wheel that kills the light? or at least thats wat its for i never used it
