96 Dakota 3.9L STILL SHUTTERING

I posted another thread earlier in the week about a shutter I was having in my 96 Dakota 3.9L 5-speed. I flushed the transmission and I am still getting the same shutter in high 3rd gear and low 4th gear, but not really in 5th gear. I have no problems with first and second gear. The transmission shifts great in every gear and I honestly don't think the transmission is the problem since the fluid that came out of it didn't look all that bad. It almost feels like the engine is getting flooded somewhat. I do get a slight power loss in those gears also. So I am starting to think that there is something electrical that is wrong. I really need some help here. Could it be the MAP sensor or something else? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. I don't want to keep playing this guessing game on this truck to fix the problem because I hate to waste money.

I should also mention that this truck is only 2WD.

I had a similiar problem, it was the high voltage coil.
