Actually yes, if you get t-boned by a car would you rather it be a hummer or a civic?
People driving three ton escalades and yacking on their cell phones endanger everybody.
It's all about at what point do your rights end and mine begin? If you want to smoke, thats your right, if you want to smoke around me you are assaulting my right not to get cancer from second hand smoke.
