Brakes on 03 Explorer Make some $$$

Are you just looking for how to compress the calipers and replace the pads, or bleed the system, or what? I have the 2002 factory service manual which should be very similar to your 2003 and could send the info to you in PDF format, but want to make sure to get you the sections you need.

If all you are looking for is how to replace the pads, it's pretty straight forward if you've done disc brakes before.
