help...!!!

taillights,cluster,and side markers wont turn on...in my 97 prelude i chekd the fuses but nothin seems to be wrong...i evn took possibility that they all burnd out for some crazy reason but no theyre not....wat to do...my headlights work so i have no idea wats goin on any help will be appreciated...any info on how to reconnect a replacement 02 sensor..pls...an thanx
