Changing tranny fluid????

I have a 2001 Hyundai Accent gs 1.6L. I was wanting to change my trans fluid. Is there a plug on the trans to do that? Is there a filter I need to change? Do I refill thru the dipstik hole? Also, would this help the hesitation when coming off a stop when giving it gas?
