Speaker removal for a 5th avenue

Does anyone have a diagram or know how to go about changing the front and rear speakers in a 1988 chrysler 5th Avenue?

Im also in search of a drivers side window regulator as well

Any ideas? There are 4 screws on the top of the dash under the windshield on the AC/heater vents. I'm starting to wonder if that top metal part comes off and reveals the speakers, but Im not sure. Does that sound possible?
