Fuel injectors

Does anyone know the easiest way to change the fuel injectors on a 1995 pontiac grand prix with a 3100 motor? Any help would be appreciated

Sorry for the late reply. Do a search. We have some old threads on the 3100 VIN "M" and the 3100 VIN "J". Needless to say to start you have to remove the upper intake manifold.
