My 93 S10 Blazer 4.3L V-6 is spraying fuel from the top of the gas tank at the fuel pump. I don't think it is coming from the fuel lines. Could this be a bad fuel pump? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Its either the lines, or your tank has rusted out. If it sprays rather than drips, I'd bet on the lines.

Yes, it has to be one of the lines if it is spraying, most likely the pressure line unless the return line is partially blocked and building pressure in it.
They usually rust more on the sending unit side than on the actual lines, if this is the case, Airtex (and probably others) makes a module replacement for the older pump and sender assembly which is a bit less costly than buying a pump and a sending unit. I would reccomend using the module, since you may as well replace the pump while you have the tank down anyway.
