Which wire goes where?1973 Mustang Ignition harness

I have a tilt column in my 73.It has color coded ford wiring.The car that it is in was wired with RED & Black wires.No color codes,just red and/or black wire.There are 2 harnesses coming out of the column.One for ignition & one for directionals etc.The ignition plug has 8 male pins that correspond to the 8 (?)female pinholes in the plug.Ford used 3 different colored wires for each pin ,so yellow could go to ignition or Red may go to ignition.Does anyone know what each wire coming off of the column should go to based on location rather than color?If you are a wiring guy,would you send me your phone # so I can pick your brain?
