Budget B Pipes

So, we've heard amazing things about the y-pipes, any info on their b-pipes?

b-pipes are loud and are pointless if you are getting cat-bak exhaust.

I'm gonna keep my factory muffler and thinking bout gettin the budget b-pipe when I get the y-pipe. Should I get the b-pipe w/ or w/o the resonator?
