Fuel tuning(2000 Z24)

I just installed a apexi super AFC air/fuel controller and i have: 62mm TB and ported intake manifold, venom fuel rail, Fuel pressure regulator, AEM short ram intake, AEM alternator pulley, gutted cat, and cat back exhaust. my question is, how do i work the apexi controller? what should i set the throttle at and fuel? right now it idles at 900 rpm's and bogs every so often. we believe its running rich. what do i do get more power, give it less fuel or more?
