Major tune up order/ stereo question, new owner

I’m the new owner of a used 2001 Rodeo Sport 2wd 3.2v6 hardtop. I read this forum a ton before I purchased it and I’m sure to continue, its great. I’ve just replaced the brakes, rotors, and one caliper. I repacked the bearings on both front wheels. Replaced the PCV. Changed the oil. It has 150k on it. It’s got a bit of a miss when it’s first turned on.
I’ve got 3 bad codes right now. P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire, I’m not sure what kind of plugs it has right now but I went ahead and ordered the Densos, will install soon. P0463 Fuel level sensor, I figure this can wait…I’m assuming this only shows up as a CEL/low fuel warning and doesn’t affect performance. P0155 Sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1, I bought a couple of o2 sensors, I should use them to replace the pre-cat sensors, correct? I couldn’t find where Bank/Sensor location was listed on the forum.
I noticed a bit of a whistle coming from the engine while I was in the driver seat. I’ve got my work cut out for me, I figure I’ll start in this order: 1) Run seafoam a couple of times in the oil, 2)Replace IMG/clean EGR (same time?)/thermostat(same time?), 3)Replace sparkplugs, 4)replace two o2 sensors, 5) replace fuel sending unit. Is this a good order of action or should I save the intake manifold gasket (hardest thing) for the end, in hopes that miss is cured by then? Should I wait awhile to install plugs/o2’s to avoid unnecessarily fouling them? Any suggestions appreciated.
Also, hard time finding wiring diagram for stereo. The link on the FAQ gave a diagram for 1999-2000 Rodeo and not much luck finding anything else on the net. The previous owner took old stereo including harness. Just a bunch of cut wires plus the antenna connection. I used the FAQ diagram to figure out the speaker wires, ground (black), 12v battery(red/white), 12 volt ignition(red/yellow), but then there are two other wires (red/green stripe, green/red stripe) that I can’t figure out. Is one of them a dimmer?

If you hear the whistling, the IMG has to be done. Cheap part, just time. Plugs ought to be done if you don't know how old they are. Seafoam? I wouldn't, but others swear by it.
Sensor one is precat. Good to change 'em both. Bank 2 is driver's side - cylinders 2,4, and 6 as you go front to back.
Might as well do it all at the same time.
