replacing radiator on '99 accent. Is it simple or complicated

Long story short, radiator developed a leak over the winter and I bought prestone sealant as a quick fix til spring came. Cut to today the sealant stopped sealing and I had to limp home, driving a 1/2 mile letting car cool, refill radiator etc..

So my question I need to answer is whether to replace it myself or go to a garage. It looks simple, take off hoses, fan and any other stuff hooked to it then simply hook it all back on the new radiator.
But is it actually a simple job?? I am fairly good with cars, do my own work for the most part, but am no pro, so if its a big complicated job I may be better off with a mechanic.

What do you guys think?
