what looks better?

Which between the solid clear corner lenses or the black corner lenses do ya'll think look better? I have a dark blue GT. I was considering changing the corner lenses to give it a cleaner look. Also, are the ebay headlamp assemblies as worthless as everyone says or just a few bad ones here and there. If I bought some I would reseal them before putting them on the car so moisture wouldn't be a problem but I don't want some that will fog over quickly or get those tiny scratches inside of them. I have done a resurfacing of the lenses I have on the headlights but couldn't get rid of the interior scratches. They are very fine and aren't very visible. I was able to completely rid the lenses of the fogginess. However, I have been having problems getting light to the road so I figured new assemblies might help since the relflective coating inside is not looking as great as a newer one.

clear ones look better for sure! the Black ones look kinda ricy in my opinion.

The corner lenses from ebay are great! Just the headlight capsules are bad. I'd just resurface and seal the ones you have now. Save yourself the 150.00.

thanks tblake. I already thought the clear ones would look the best. Maybe get some of those silver coated bulbs for them to block the amber color but still have it for the blinker. Or what do you think? I'm not after the ricer look at all. I have a very strong hate for rice burners. Being from alabama, I'm one of those hard headed rednecks. lol

Also any ideas for fog lights. Mine are getting cloudy and I thought about doing a resurface on them too but I've realized that the adjusting brackets are rusted solid so I can't adjust the aim. I tried busting them loose to no avail. Now I either am gonna have to buy new foglights (probably aftermarket) or resurface the lenses and get better brackets for them.

what kind of bulbs should I put in the clear corners? I was thinking of keeping the amber corner light and maybe getting an amber 194 bulb for the side marker. I like the clear corner but wasn't real sure about going for the white bulbs in it. I haven't seen many GP's around where I live with clear corners so don't know what looks the best.

Any idea for bulb color for the clear corners? I'm not sure between amber bulbs or going for a clear or a xenon type bulb. The xenon would give it the true white with that slight blue tint to it but I'm not sure what would look best. I was hoping someone would have seen some of these cars with the clear corners and may have some ideas.

Most states require an amber color for front turn signals when illuminated, so make sure you're decision is legal. No sense giving the police a reason to stop you.

I went throught the same questions on my Prix. I don't know if you can see from the picture or not, but I put clear corner lenses on and I got blinker bulbs that look a blue-ish silver when they're off and regular amber when they're on. I also found some aftermarket fog lights with blue lenses and replaced my stock ones. I had to jerry-rig the brackets, but it worked and looked great. I you do decide to replace the stock fogs with aftermarket ones, make sure they are 4-4.5".
Anyway, I did all that and I think it looks great. I got my clear corner lenses from ebay and they leaked like crazy. I just ran some black silicone along the seams and that took care of it.
