Well is your plugs firing at all ?
Are you injectors firing properly ?

How was it running before this ?

Sounds like you might have internal issues... 50 psi is good pressure.

Plugs are not firing at all, the injectors do not seem to be working as well. I pulled out 2 plugs and they look like they are white and very clean burning.

Sounds like your crank shaft position sensor is bad.
Its located behind the crank shaft pulley.

You can check your ODB I for trouble codes to see if thier are any for the crank sensor, may not be though.

Here is a thread for checking ODB I dtc's if you dont know how.

If you replaced the ICM then it shouldnt be the problem.

You can test the crank sensor...

Using Volt Meter, backprobe the sensor signal terminal (A) with the positive lead , and backprobe the sensor ground terminal (B) with the negative lead.
When cranking the engine you should have approx 5 volt signal pulse, if not the sensor is probly bad.

Also check the interrupter rings on the crank pulley make sure they are not bent or damaged.

Good Luck
