Some years ago (2003 if memory serves) I had a JEEP CJ with a warped
body, some leftover NASCAR parts and a weekend with nothing to do...
Instead of trying to fix the body I discarded it and modified the rollcage to
fit the JEEP frame to create a rock crawler / dune buggy.
Nowadays I would definitely build a custom suspension, allowing for more
suspension travel. Back then I just wanted to build something quickly for
motivation purposes :uhoh:
I never bothered to make it dirty, but will do so as soon as I get around to :runaround:

It is amazing what you did with that nascar chassis. It looks like it could also be a good desert buggy.
