1998 Voyager fuse/relay Identification

I am trying to identify the fuses and relays mounted under my dash, but can't find anything in the manuals or online.
I have a specific relay that clicks when the van won't start and when I get it running again, the radio has to be reset as if the battery was disconnected. I have checked the battery and cables.
