2000 sebring engine flush

I just flushed my 2000 conv. sebring motor oil. Now it runs for about 15 minutes then turns off.
The other issue is that the top won't go up or down. No noise coming from top motor. Also, radio doesn't work. Time displayes but that's it. What could be the problem and solution? All the fuses look good. The relays, how do you test to see if working or defective?
