Coolant drain plugs in engine block?

I have a 2004 chevy silverado 3500 with a first generation LB7 6.6L duramax diesel engine. Im going to change the coolant and i wanted to know if there are any coolant drain plugs on the engine block and where they are located? Please give lots of detail on location. I have heard somewhere that it does have them.
