Replacing bulb in instrument cluster 93 cierra

How does one go about changing the light bulb in the dashboard of a 1993 cutlass cierra - the bulb on the left covering the temperature gauge is out. I tried removing several dashboard panels with no luck.:runaround: Really annoying to drive at night half lit up.
