96 contour 2.0 over heating

i recently bought a 96 contour. it ran good for about 15 miles and then it would over heat. one day it over heated and it lost compression. i suspect its the head gasket but im not sure. HELP!:banghead:

check oil for antifreeze and antifreeze for oil... that would mean BHG if there mixed... sounds like it does have BHG, which is rare for the 4 cylinder... they probably never changed the waterpump
