How do you create a member map?

How do you create a member map like the AF Member Map?
I went to google, but I guess I didn't look in the right place. I didn't find anything and ended up giving up.

oh i see you said create it.... basically, my understanding is that you sign up with gmail, make a map, and share it to others, telling them to save their location, and name. the same link gets used by everyone, so the same map is updated with new 'points'
